Commonwealth ICT Summit 2008, Abuja - Nigeria

The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) is organising an ICT Summit from October 6 -8, 2008, to be hosted by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), and the Nigerian Ministry of Communications.
